Issuer: Administrator, District Council Gujranwala. Sealed electronic tenders are invited for implementation of budgeted schemes for FY 2026‑27. Eligible contractors registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement System (E‑PADS) and with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories/codes may download, submit and upload bidding documents through the Punjab E‑Procurement portal.
Key procurement conditions: contractors must submit/upload Bid Security online through E‑PADS as per the prescribed electronic mechanism. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Method of selection: least cost. Contractors found submitting forged documents will face legal action; additional performance security may be required in accordance with PPRA / Works Rules 2017.
