National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, invites applications on deputation from regular Federal/Provincial Government officers / Autonomous Bodies for senior positions on standard terms and conditions.

Director General (Regional Office)	BS-19/20 (or equivalent)	ICT, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, or anywhere in Pakistan	Minimum 17 years	Eligible: Regular Government officers (various occupational groups; Federal/Provincial cadres including Secretariat, Directorates, Audit & Accounts, Provincial Management / Service / Ex-Cadre officers). Experience in administration, management and financial management (planning, budgeting, resource management, financial oversight). Demonstrated project management experience (planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination, evaluation). Organizational management and administration/operation coordination. Preparation of briefs, summaries, reports and documents. Preference to candidates with experience in Education/TVET sector.
Director General (Planning & Development)	BS-19/20 (or equivalent)	NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad	Minimum 17 years	Substantial professional experience in development planning, project management, monitoring & evaluation—particularly related to technical and vocational education and training (TVET). Experience in preparation/formulation of PC-I for development projects/schemes; monitoring, evaluation and appraisal of development projects/programmes. Formulation and implementation of policies and frameworks related to training; preparation and implementation of training plans/programmes with stakeholders. Contribution to TVET policy formulation, review and implementation; project planning, administration and institutional coordination. Stakeholder management, inter-agency coordination and preparation of policy briefs, summaries, reports and documents.
