Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF). KPHF invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible private firms/consortia for outsourcing the management and operations of Government General Hospital Nishtarabad, Peshawar through Public–Private Partnership (PPP).
The procurement will follow a two-stage, two-envelope procedure under the KP-PPRA Act and KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Interested parties must submit prescribed EOI documents and meet the requirements listed in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
