Eligibility / Mandatory Requirements (as stated):
- At least 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity.
- Turnover of at least PKR 50,000,000 amount in 3 subsequent previous years.
- Presence in Active Taxpayer List.
- BRA registration certificate.
- SECP registration.
- The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Firm or JV must have at least 8 years of experience.
Schedule:
- Last date for bid submission: 2026-10-14 by 12:00 PM (noon) Pakistan time.
- Pre-bid workshop: 2026-10-09 at 10:30 AM, Meeting Room, Finance Department.
- Tender opening: Same day as submission (2026-10-14) at 01:00 PM at the office of the undersigned.
Financial proposals will be opened only for those consultants whose technical proposals are considered and approved. Incomplete proposals or proposals received after the due date will not be considered.
