Tender: Supply of Medicines, Surgical Items & Consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program – Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital, Mardan (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital (Category C/THQ Hospital), Takht Bhai, District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed/electronic bids for the procurement of medicines, surgical items, disposables and other consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) patients for Financial Year 2026-2027 under the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADs).

Procurement Method: Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014. Bids to be submitted electronically through the e-Pak (e-PADs) system by eligible, reputable and duly registered firms/suppliers.

Eligibility (as stated):

• Registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• Possess valid NTN/STN/GST registration, as applicable.
• Possess a valid Drug Sale Licence / Drug Manufacturing Licence where applicable to the items quoted.
• Registered/enrolled on the e-PADs/e-Pak/KPRA systems, where applicable.
• Not blacklisted or declared ineligible by any government department/agency.
• Must meet other eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Standard Bidding Documents.

How to apply: Submit bids via the e-PADs/e-Pak electronic system. Only eligible, registered firms/suppliers may participate.
