E-Tender: Rehabilitation & Widening of Road — District Council Bahawalnagar (Tender opening 2026-10-09)

Issuer: Office of the District Council Bahawalnagar (through District Joint Authority). Tender invited under PPRA Rules for the current financial year 2026-27 via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). • Bid opening: Rates quoted online will be announced/downloaded on 2026-10-09 at 01:00 PM in the presence of participating firms/contractors and the Tender Opening Committee at the District Council Bahawalnagar (I&S) Branch office.
• Performance Guarantee: The successful bidder will furnish a performance guarantee as per PPRA Rule-56 (10%).
• Regulatory: The procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA rules; arithmetic errors or non-responsive bids may be excluded from evaluation.
