Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Information Technology & Innovation Department. Tender Document No.: SO/GIT/IT&ID/8-5/2026 (Tender).
Purpose: Invitation of bids for framework-contract procurement of various goods for FY 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure).
Submission method: Technical and financial bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents may be downloaded free of cost from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register for electronic submission at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. A sealed copy (if provided) may be delivered to the office of the Section Officer (General).
Important instructions: Bids must be complete, signed, stamped and in conformity with tender documents. Valid tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany bids. Bids not meeting requirements, unsigned, or late will be rejected. The procuring agency may reject all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
