Punjab Highways Tender – Rehabilitation & Widening of Arifwala–Bypass Mullani Road (5.40 km) in Bahawalnagar

Punjab Highways Department (Highway Division, Bahawalnagar) invites e-tenders from eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors for the rehabilitation, reconstruction and widening of the road from Arifwala Road to Bypass Mullani Chowk via Basti Hafizabad, Basti Jatowala and link Chishtian Chung road, along with Khalid Maqbool Park Road (Tehsil & District Bahawalnagar). Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with a valid license for the Financial Year 2026-27 and register on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website.

Key tender requirements include submission of bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System (BOP) in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Bahawalnagar (physical instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc. will not be accepted). The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of the receipt of the offer letter. Performance Guarantee of 10% is mandatory for all successful bidders. Rates quoted as a percentage above or below the Estimated/DNIT cost will not be considered and such bids will be treated as non-responsive.
