Bank of Punjab Tender: Contractors for Renovation Work at Multiple BOP Branches — Bids Due 2026-10-08

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites reputable organizations/companies to submit technical and financial bids under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process for renovation works at multiple BOP locations.

Key submission and bid details:

• Bid documents are available free on Punjab e-Procurement (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and may also be on the PPRA website.
• Submission method: Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Deadline for uploading/submitting bids: 2026-10-08 by 11:00 AM (Pakistan time).
• Technical bids opening: 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM (in presence of bidders/authorized representatives who attend).
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date announced subsequently.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost, to be paid/submitted via 1Link / Bank Guarantee options generated through PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bid.
• Tender notice also uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement.
• The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in submission of bid documents.
