Tender: Procurement of School Furniture — Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, AJK (Bid Due 2026-10-15)

Issuer: Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (Planning Cell), Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). Sealed bids are invited from furniture manufacturers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of AJK/GoP under a Single Stage–One Envelope procedure in accordance with the AJK Public Procurement Rules, 2017.

Key details and application instructions:

- Tender documents available from the office of the Senior Chief Planning Cell, E&SE, Block No. "L", District Complex, Muzaffarabad, AJK, between 08:00 AM and 04:00 PM Monday to Friday. Obtain on company/firm letterhead and deposit a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000.

- Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR / Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of the Senior Chief, Planning Cell, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, AJ&K, Muzaffarabad, and must accompany the financial bid; bids without required security will be rejected.

- Bids are required on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to institutes across AJK and must include all applicable taxes, transportation, and other charges related to delivery.

- Complete supplies as per approved specifications are to be delivered within 120 days from the date of contract/supply order.

- Procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities up to 15% as per requirements and to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA Rules, 2017.

- Blacklisted firms, companies, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and bidders are not allowed to participate. Bidders must provide a certificate of non-blacklisted status and declare absence of conflicts with any government in territories within the State of AJ&K, Federally Administered Areas, or the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
