E‑Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — Tehsil Municipal Administration Darazinda

Issuer: Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procuring agency: Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO), Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Darazinda.

Scope: Fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery to TMA Darazinda under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules. Bids will be received under the single stage two‑envelope procedure (technical and financial) in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014.

Eligibility & requirements: Registered firms/suppliers/fabricators with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration and provision of 3S service (Sale, Service & Spare Parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS e‑bidding portal and submit e‑bids via EPADS.

Bid security & submission: Original 2% bid security of the total bid price in the form of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Darazinda" must be sealed in an envelope and reach the given address before the closing date/time. All applicable taxes (Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will be applied as per government rules.

Deadlines & opening: E‑bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before 2026-10-20 by 11:30 AM. Technical bids on EPADS (e‑bidding) will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.

Additional terms: The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reasons as per KPPRA rules. Rates should be quoted in PKR. Successful bidder will provide complete operational training to staff.
