E‑Tender: Fabrication & Supply of Solid Waste Machinery — Tehsil Municipal Administration Darazinda

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Officer, Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Darazinda, Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Invitation for e-tenders (EPADS) for fabrication/supply of solid waste machinery by reputed and experienced manufacturers/suppliers/firms possessing valid NTN, GST and renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare Parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids will be invited under the single-stage two-envelope method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS/kpprocure portal.

Key conditions and application instructions:

• Interested bidders must be registered on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e‑procurement/EPADS portal: https://kpprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and eligible to apply under the single-stage two-envelope procedure.
• All bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS; manual submissions will not be accepted.
• Bid security in the shape of a CDR in favor of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Darazinda, must be provided as specified in the tender documents.
• Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened thereafter in accordance with the tender rules.
• TMA Darazinda reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason, subject to KPPRA rules.
