Municipal Corporation Gujrat invites e-tenders from registered firms/contractors for Annual Framework Contracts for various supplies and services for Financial Year 2025-26. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable and registered on the EP-Punjab portal. Bidding documents are available on EP-Punjab/PPRA websites. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Key submission details
Submission deadline: 2026-09-03 by 11:00 AM. Tender opening: 2026-09-03 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Municipal Officer (Inf), Municipal Corporation Gujrat, in presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bids must be submitted electronically through EP-Punjab; hard copies or manual submissions are not acceptable. Firms/contractors must upload required CDRs and supporting documents through EP-Punjab. Any firm uploading the same CDR for more than one scheme may be treated as false entry and can be rejected.
Important conditions
- Lowest bidder will be responsible for payment of applicable taxes required by Government of Punjab.
- PPRA rules will apply strictly. If a bid is 5% or more below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security in the form of CDR.
- Bid documents, scope of work and other conditions are available from the office of the Municipal Officer (Inf), Municipal Corporation Gujrat during working hours and through EP-Punjab.
- In case the bid opening date falls on a holiday, opening will occur on the next working day.
