Purpose: Invitation to bids from original manufacturers / authorised distributors / suppliers / contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the supply of goods, materials and services listed below under Single Stage–One Envelope bidding procedure (Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004).
How to bid: Bids will be accepted only through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) at https://www.epads.gov.pk. No bids other than through ePADS will be accepted. Bidders must upload complete scanned copies of their bids on ePADS. Bid security must be submitted physically in the Office of the District Controller of Purchases, Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory, I.J. Principal Road, Sector I-11/4, Islamabad, before closing time. Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from ePADS. In case of any public holiday announced by the Government on the tender closing/opening date, the next working day will be considered.
