IESCO Tender Notice — Supply of Pad‑Mounted Transformers (e‑Bids) — Deadline 2026-09-04

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e‑bids for the supply of pad‑mounted transformers for the year 2026–27 for delivery to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajanpur.

Eligibility and submission method: Firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC and with FBR registration (and valid prototype approval if applicable) may participate. Only electronic bids (e‑bids) will be accepted via the E‑PADS portal (E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Tender documents, specifications and detailed bid requirements are available on the IESCO website and E‑PADS portal.

Key dates and venue: Tenders will be received up to 10:30 AM on 2026-09-04 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. Bids will be opened in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G‑7/4 Street No. 40, Islamabad.

Important conditions: Only e‑bids are acceptable. Bidders must upload all required documents to the E‑PADS portal and comply with WAPDA/NTDC specifications where applicable. Bid security/guarantee and validity requirements, single‑stage one‑envelope submission rules, and other terms and conditions apply as detailed in the tender documents.
