Eligibility: Bidders (suppliers/manufacturers/firms) registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax) and holding professional tax certificate for 2026-27 from Excise & Taxation Department. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System (P-ePS) is required.
Procedure & Bid Security: Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules (PPRA 2014). All electronic bids must include a scanned copy of 2% bid security of the estimated cost for each lot/item, submitted according to Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines.
