Institute of Space Technology (IST) invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the following procurements. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0.

Eligibility: Registered on EPADS Version 2.0, registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax (as applicable), and registered on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0. Bidders must comply with eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements specified in the e-bidding documents.
Submission: E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM.
Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PPRA regulations. Complete e-bidding documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and bid security requirements are available for download from EPADS 2.0, PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).
