Institute of Space Technology (IST) invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 for the following procurements. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) where applicable and comply with eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements in the e-Bidding Documents.
Electronic bidding submission and opening schedule:
Closing (submission) deadline: 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Opening date/time: 2026-10-15 at 12:30 PM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. E-bidding documents, specifications, evaluation criteria and other requirements are available on EPADS Version 2.0, the PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).
