Institute of Space Technology (IST) — Invitation to Bid for Equipment, Supplies and Services

Institute of Space Technology (IST) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the following procurements. Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, registered with FBR for applicable taxes and, where applicable, on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Complete e-Bidding Documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and bid security requirements are available for download from EPADS Version 2.0, the PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 15 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in accordance with the respective e‑Bidding Documents. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids. Any corrigendum, amendment or clarification will be communicated via EPADS/PPRA and IST's official website.
