The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications from eligible firms registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of non-consultancy services to act as Independent Validation Agent (IVA) for the Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB).
The IVA will provide an independent verification mechanism to validate reported results and produce verification reports that trigger outcome payments. Duties include validating reported results, producing verification reports, examining objective evidence linked to payment triggers such as verified training completion/certification, authentic job placements and confirmed retention, and measuring program performance.
