Institute of Space Technology Invitation to Bid — E‑Bids for Equipment, Consumables and Services (Closing 2026-10-15)

Institute of Space Technology (IST) invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the following procurements. Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, registered with FBR for applicable taxes, and comply with eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements in the e-Bidding Documents. Bidding documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and bid security requirements are available for download from EPADS Version 2.0, the PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).

All e-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids in accordance with applicable rules; any corrigendum or clarification will be communicated through EPADS/PPRA and IST's official website.
