Tender 2026: Provision of Home Solar Systems in District Kech (Tump) — PSDP 1790 & 1852

Director General (South), Energy Department, Quetta invites sealed bids for provision and installation of home solar systems for Year 2026 under PSDP projects. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Eligibility and requirements: presence on the Active Taxpayer List; active Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration; Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C-6 or above (up to 25 million) with specialized codes EE11(i) and EE11(ii) for solar/solar energy systems. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Financial requirement: minimum turnover of PKR 17,500,000 over the three preceding years and completion of at least one similar assignment (solar hybrid system) in the last three years in any government sector.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, in favour of the undersigned.
