Tender: Construction of Sarakala Check Dam — Irrigation Division Pishin (Est. Rs. 49.751M)

Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Pishin invites sealed tenders from PEC-registered contractors for the Construction of Sarakala Check Dam under Government of Balochistan composite schedule of rates 2026.

Eligibility and Requirements: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List; must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency; hold Baluchistan Revenue Authority registration; have completed at least two assignments of similar nature; demonstrate a turnover of at least 70% of the estimated cost in the two preceding financial years; and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (appropriate category).

Procurement Method & Documents: Procurement will be conducted in accordance with BPPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). Method: Single-stage, two-envelope (technical and financial). Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, and bidding documents will be issued as per the tender notice.

Tender Fee & Bid Security: Tender fee: Rs. 1,000. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee in favour of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Pishin.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via the BPPRA e-procurement system. Electronic bids will be accepted until 2026-10-12 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened first; financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened thereafter. Tender opening will take place on 2026-10-12 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
