SEPCO Invitation to E‑Bids for Distribution Material (Oct 2026)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). SEPCO invites electronic bids for procurement of distribution material through the EPADS v2.0 e‑procurement system. Bids are invited from firms/manufacturers registered or prequalified with the relevant authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Delivery is on free‑carrier (FCs) basis to SEPCO Regional Stores (Rohri & Larkana).

Key procurement categories include distribution transformers (50 kVA, 100 kVA, 200 kVA), HT/LT steel structures and supports, LT cross arms, insulators, earthing units, transformer oil, bushings, conductors, cables, meter security boxes, and assorted accessories and spares. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.

How to apply: All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form and amount specified in bidding documents is required; original bid security must be submitted to the Procuring Agency before bid closing where applicable.
