Additional Chief Engineer, 5 Corps (19 Liaquat Barracks, Karachi) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tender documents for repair and maintenance works within the area of responsibility of ACE 5 Corps in accordance with clauses 13, 15, 16 & 28 of PPRA Rules 2004.
Pre-qualification requirements include MES enlistment certificate (Category 'A' to 'D'), PEC registration valid up to 2027-06-30, an "ACTIVE" Income Tax Registration certificate, and a list of completed/ongoing works executed during the last two years with performance/progress details.
