E-Tender: Beautification and Renovation Works — LG&CD Civil Division Sahiwal

Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Sahiwal invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for works under the Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Programme (SAP). Bids must be submitted online on or before 2022-10-12 at 12:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.

Key procurement and submission requirements include: submission and opening via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal only; Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) generated via the e-Procurement system and transmitted by the issuing bank by SWIFT MT760 to the designated advising bank with the correct tender reference and PSID; performance security of 10% of the contract price is required upon award through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended); bid validity 60 days. Physical securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft) and bids submitted by email, courier, post or by hand will not be accepted. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Procurement Rules.
