Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) invites applications for the post of Secretary (PWF) in BPS-19 on contract basis to support welfare projects for retired and deceased employees of WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs & NTDC.

Key responsibilities: Assist MD (PWF) in administrative, legal and commercial matters; act as Secretary of the Foundation; prepare agendas and notices and issue minutes of Board of Directors meetings; coordinate and implement BoD decisions and policies; maintain records of BoD meetings; arrange quarterly performance review meetings for Workshops and Petrol Pumps and issue minutes; formulate staff rules and regulations; conduct correspondence on behalf of PWF; process Widow and Marriage Grants; and perform other duties as assigned by MD (PWF).
