Key instructions: Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and specifications can be downloaded online from PPRA and the Punjab E-Procurement website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Single stage–two envelopes procedure shall be applied. Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited through 1LINK/online banking (linked with BOP) before the prescribed submission deadline; the payment proof/receipt must be submitted with the bidding documents. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. In case of public holidays, receiving/opening will be on the next working day. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
