NTC Concludes Sunset Review — Anti‑Dumping Duties on Phthalic Anhydride from China, Chinese Taipei, Russia and South Korea

Issuer: National Tariff Commission (Government of Pakistan). The Commission has concluded a sunset review under Section 58 and the Anti‑Dumping Duties Act, 2015, concerning anti‑dumping duties imposed on dumped imports of Phthalic Anhydride (Pakistan Customs Tariff (PCT) heading No. 2917.3500) originating in and/or exported from the People’s Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea.

Period considered for the review: information for the period January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2025. The Commission found a likelihood of recurrence and/or continuation of dumping and injury and has decided to continue definitive anti‑dumping duties.

Definitive anti‑dumping duties will be maintained for a further period of five (05) years with effect from June 05, 2026.
