E-Tender Notice: Rehabilitation and Widening of Roads in Bahawalnagar (Single Stage Single Envelope)

Office of the District Council Bahawalnagar (through District Joint Authority) invites e-tenders on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis for the listed civil works. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Contractors/firms must be registered on the e-Procurement system and hold/renew PEC registration for Financial Year 2026-27. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical call deposit receipts (CDRs) and manual bids will not be accepted. Contractors must submit PEC license 2026-27 on their letterhead to the Tender Opening Committee by 2026-10-09 not later than 12:00 PM. Tender opening in the presence of participating firms/contractors and the Tender Opening Committee will be held on 2026-10-09 at 01:00 PM at the District Council Bahawalnagar office.
