Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) on or before 2026-10-12 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bids must follow single-stage two-envelope procedure.
Bid Security & Validity: Bid security of 2% of the estimated price is required in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as per eP policy. Bid validity to be mentioned up to 120 days.
