GDA Tender: Upgradation & Renovation of Office Buildings I, II & III — Gwadar

Gwadar Development Authority (Executive Engineer B.M.) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the upgradation and renovation of Office Building I, II & III of the Office Complex at Gwadar. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility & requirements: presence on Active Taxpayer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority; Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (C-6 and above) with relevant specialization code (C-10 for general civil, concrete repairs, waterproofing); minimum turnover and experience as specified in the tender documents.

Procedure: Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security must be provided as Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Tender documents: Available from Gwadar Development Authority and via the PPRA website. Documents can be obtained upon payment of the bidding document fee (PKR 2,000). Bidding documents may be purchased or collected upon submission of proof of payment to Bank Al Habib Ltd, Gwadar Branch (account details provided in the tender).

Submission & opening: Tenders must be submitted by 2026-10-12 no later than 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer (B.M), Gwadar Development Authority, Gwadar.
