Municipal Corporation Gujranwala Tender: Establishment of Road Maintenance Squad

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala. Tender No. 1228/MO(1)MCG dated 2026-09-19 for procurement under ORS schemes of year 2026-27.

Purpose: Engagement of contractors/firms for the establishment of a Road Maintenance Squad for Municipal Corporation Gujranwala. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms registered on the e-Procurement registration system and registered with FBR (NTN/PNTN), PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category.

Key conditions and instructions:

• All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price as shown above. No physical bid-security instruments will be accepted; bid security must be submitted electronically.
• Bids to be submitted online only on the e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by uploading required PDF files. Complete and authentic electronic bids are mandatory.
• Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) as per PPRA Rules 2014. Only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened.
• Conditional or alternative proposals will not be accepted. Rates and amounts must be filled in figures as well as in words. Bids valid for 120 days.
• Performance guarantee (CDR or Bank Guarantee) in favor of Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Gujranwala is required; no other form will be accepted for Performance Guarantee.
• In case the submission deadline falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be the last date for submission.
