ISMO Invitation for e-Bids — IT Equipment & Laptops/Servers (Ref. 11/2026-27, 12/2026-27)

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites electronic bids for procurement of IT equipment and for laptops, desktop computers, servers and HCI solution through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

Registration and submission: Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS 2.0 to participate. Register and submit electronically via: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.

Bid documents including terms, procurement method, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, bid opening, and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/), ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk/) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 16 October 2026 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs.
