E-Tender: Annual Framework Contract for Patch Work, Culverts & Rehabilitation of Municipal Buildings — Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. Purpose: Annual framework contracts (one year ending 2027-06-30) for supply of material, rehabilitation of culverts and nullah slabs, and rehabilitation/maintenance of office and residential buildings of Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi for FY 2026-27.

Eligibility & submission method: Open to eligible tax-registered bidders/firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/view/Tender.aspx). Procurement will follow Single Stage Single Envelope electronic bidding in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Important deadlines and procedure:

- Download/upload bids electronically until 11:00 AM on 2026-10-19.
- Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Office of Municipal Officer (Infrastructure), Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi.
- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated/allocated cost must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS as per government notification. Bids must be valid for the entire lot; bidders may bid for one or more complete lots but cannot pick individual items within a lot. Taxes will be deducted as applicable.

Incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. The contracting authority will issue separate work orders for each lot awarded.
