The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (Category C-3 or above) for the repair/maintenance of NCCIA Building No.12, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Procurement will follow the Single-Stage Single-Envelope (LCBS) procedure; bids must include the required bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
E-bids must be submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bidding documents and specifications are available on EPADS and the Authority’s website. Submission deadline: 2026-07-31 11:30 AM (bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM). Manual submissions are not allowed. Contact: Dy.
