Office of the Dean, MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex and Affiliate Institutes (KGMC, IKD, B&PSC, PICO and FHH), Peshawar, invites applications under the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Act, 2015 for faculty positions at MTI-HMC and affiliated institutes.

| Faculty positions (various specialties) | Specialties listed include General Medicine (regular and on locum basis for 1 year initially), Thoracic Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, ENT, etc. Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized/registered by PM&DC; PM&DC-recognized qualification in respective specialty or equivalent approved by Standing Recognition Committee (SRC) and registered with PM&DC. Candidates must meet PM&DC and MTI criteria for faculty selection. Upon selection, candidates will receive a faculty appointment at the appropriate level (Assistant, Associate or Professor) and be offered grade/scale as per IPS MTI-HMC and affiliate institutes. |
| Associate Professor / Professor — Optometry (PICO) | Qualifications: PhD in Optometry or equivalent with 03 years teaching & research experience as Assistant Professor OR MS/MPhil in Optometry or equivalent with 08 years teaching & research experience. Minimum 05 publications in HEC-recognized journals. Registration with Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) is mandatory. Preference to candidates holding a PhD. |
How to apply: Submit prescribed application form/detailed bio-data with bio-data and attested academic/experience records to the Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block-IV, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Applications must reach the office within two (02) weeks of the advertisement's publication.
Other terms: Non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000 to be deposited as instructed by the institute. Government servants should apply through proper channel with NOC. Original documents must be produced at interview. The selection committee may call candidates for interview and will determine merit; the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject applications. No TA/DA is admissible.
