The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids on a Single Stage – Two Envelopes basis for the purchase of chemicals, consumable items, equipment and reagents for the IRF Project at AFIP Rawalpindi.
Bidders must have a minimum of two (02) years' relevant experience, be registered with tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately; technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first, with financial proposals of technically qualified bidders opened later.
