E-Bid Tender — Frame Works Contract for Municipal Committee Gojra (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Gojra. Tender IPL-10246 invites e-bids for the Frame Works Contract for supply and fixing of different items for Municipal Committee Gojra for the year 2026-27. Eligible bidders: Contractors/Firms/Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers registered with FBR and PPRA and enrolled on the e-Procurement (e-PADS) portal.

E-Bids submission date & time: 2026-10-15 at 12:00 PM. E-Bids opening date & time: 2026-10-15 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be valid for 120 days.

Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost; e-bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the name of Municipal Committee Gojra in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. The original bid-security instrument (3%) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number/title to the Municipal Committee Office, Police Station Road, Gojra, Toba Tek Singh District, Punjab before the e-bid submission deadline.

Procedure and portal: Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted by uploading files on the e-Procurement System (e-PADS). All bids must be submitted online at the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk) as per the published schedule. The Procuring Authority may accept or reject bids per Punjab Procurement Rules.
