The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued an addendum to its e-bid invitation for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on Srinagar Highway, Islamabad Highway, Jinnah Avenue and Munroe Road. Prospective bidders must submit electronic bids through E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk); manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly at 12:00 hrs on the scheduled closing days in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, 2026-07-06 at 11:00 hrs at the Office of the Director General (Environment), CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. All other terms, NIT cost, bid security and bidding document conditions remain unchanged.
