Technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Bids received after the stipulated deadline will not be entertained. |
| Mandatory Site Visit | Site visit is mandatory before submission of the bid. Bidders shall visit the project site at their own cost and coordinate with the KORT Project Team for site visit and clarifications. |
