Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above for the procurement of work: "Dualization of Shahrah‑e‑Jamhuriat from NADRA Head Quarter to Constitution Avenue Sector G‑5, Islamabad" via EPADS v2.0.
Single Stage-One Envelope procedure will be used under Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations.
