Issuer: Balochistan Aviation Limited. Electronic bids are invited for supply of manufactured vehicles & accessories (total items: 4). Tender fee: Not Required. Bid security: 2% of bid value (Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned).

Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidding firms must have assignments of similar nature and complexity and a turnover of at least 1,200,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years. Bidders must be active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Joint ventures are not permissible. OEMs only. Foreign bidders using a local entity are permitted only if the local representative is empowered to conclude legal contracts and sign financial bids on behalf of the principal.

Offered aircraft (where applicable) must hold valid Type Certificates recognized by EASA, FAA or ICAO. Compliance with ITAR, EAR and EU Dual‑Use regulations is required. Entity and assets must be free of UN, OFAC and EU sanctions. Written commitment that offered aircraft and documentation conform to PCAA standards for import and operation is required.

Tender documents can be obtained/viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of BPPRA. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the supplier dashboard; no physical bids will be received.

Bid submissions must include the required bid security; failure to provide it will render the bid non-responsive.
