Eligibility and mandatory requirements:
- Presence on Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency.
- Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority.
- Minimum turnover of PKR 350,000,000 in 3 subsequent previous years demonstrating financial capacity.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at C-3 or above (up to PKR 500 million) in the relevant category; specialized code CED4(v) — irrigation only.
- In case of a joint venture, a JV agreement is required.
- Experience requirements include completion of at least seven similar assignments in the last 10 years; at least one regulator project in the last 10 years with minimum 80% similarity and cost of at least 10 million.
Bid security must accompany bids in the form and amount specified above, issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. For submission and viewing of bidding documents, use the EPPS supplier dashboard as directed in the tender notice.
