Registration and bidding: Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate. Register electronically on EPADS 2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
Bid documents, detailing terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria and other details, are available via EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/), ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk/) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).
Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 16 October 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs.
