Bidding documents with specifications, terms, conditions and evaluation criteria are available free of cost on written request on firm letterhead from the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Toba Tek Singh from 2026-09-29 or may be downloaded from the PPRA e-procurement portal (E-PAD).

Submission: Tenders must be submitted via the PPRA E-PAD portal complete in all respects along with bid security (5% of the estimated price) in the shape of CDR in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Toba Tek Singh, by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-15. Opening: Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the committee room of the Deputy Commissioner Office, Toba Tek Singh in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives.
