Bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (single-stage, two-envelope procedure). Bidding documents are published on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted as required by the e-Procurement system guidelines.
Pre-bid meeting: October 02, 2026 at 11:00 hours. Submission deadline: online via Punjab e-Procurement System up to 11:00 hours on October 14, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
