University of Sargodha Tender Notice for M&R & Development Works — Closing 2026-10-20

Issuer: University of Sargodha (Project Director (Works) / Engineer Incharge). Sealed e-tenders are invited from contractors/firms having valid PEC license with relevant codes and active FBR status. Contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal and submit bids through the E-Procurement System Punjab (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Each page of tender documents/bidding must be signed & stamped by the tenderer. Only e-bids submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System will be entertained.

Contractors may attend the Project Director (Works) office on 2026-10-20 at 11:30 AM when bids will be retrieved and quoted rates/successful bidder announced. Tenderer(s) providing any false information/documents will be disqualified and may face blacklisting and further action. No price variation is admissible for repair schemes and no mobilization/secure advance will be given. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually. All taxes and deductions will be made as per government rules.
