Chief Military Engineer Services (Navy), Islamabad/Lahore invites applications with credentials for prequalification of firms/contractors for issuance of tenders for civil/mechanical/electrical works under CMES (Navy) in Islamabad and Lahore in accordance with PPRA Rules.
Eligible firms/contractors must be enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher or be enlisted with other government departments and have relevant experience. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. Prequalification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) Islamabad/Lahore, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Completed applications and supporting documents must be submitted to CMES (N) Islamabad/Lahore at the address below.

Required submission details and documents include a list of similar works (last two years and ongoing), sponsoring agency/client details, contract amounts, completion periods, progress reports, performance reports from clients, list of movable & immovable assets, manpower (skilled/unskilled), machinery/equipment, bank statement, GST registration, and NTN certificate. Contractors not meeting the stated prequalification criteria or lacking PEC registration will not be considered.
