ISMO Invites e-Bids for IT Equipment and Laptops/Servers (Activity 11/2026-27 & 12/2026-27)

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites electronic bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for procurement of IT equipment and laptops, desktop computers, servers and HCI solution.

Registration, bidding documents and submission details:

Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate. Register and submit bids electronically via EPADS 2.0: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.

E-bidding documents with terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, bid opening and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/), ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk/) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).

Submission deadline: 2026-10-16 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through EPADS.
